We expect the ACRA document showing the name change to be available from Monday, 5 April 2021 due to ACRA’s legal process taking a few days. You can request for a copy of ACRA document by sending your email request to Michael.Lee@sgp.fujixerox.com and Priscilla.Lim@sgp.fujixerox.com. A copy of the ACRA will be emailed to you within 7 days after 5 April 2021.

Our company policy requires supplier name change to be updated in our supplier database. Can you please fill in our supplier maintenance form?

You can email your supplier maintenance form to Michael.Lee@sgp.fujixerox.com and Priscilla.Lim@sgp.fujixerox.com. We will reply with the completed form to you within 7 days. If your form requires our new company stamp, we will reply to you with completed form within 7 days after 5 April 2021.

We will reply with a copy of the bank statement to you within 7 days after 12 April 2021. Please note that the bank may take a few days to update our company name after we submit our ACRA document to them, so we expect the bank statement updated with our new company name to be available only after 12 April 2021.
